Pacient+, the app for the work behind a clinic
Web app for private clinics: patient records, template reports, appointments and consents. Used by Centrul Medical San Medica in Caracal.
Pacient+ is the app we built at GxA Solutions for the work behind a clinic: patient records, reports, appointments, consents and messages to patients. It runs in the browser on our server in Helsinki (Hetzner, in the EU), and the clinic that uses it is Centrul Medical San Medica in Caracal.
The report comes from a template, and the patient receives it automatically
On the Pro plan, the doctor picks a template and fills in only what differs from normal. The editor has 10 field types and ready-made models. The app produces the PDF with the clinic's letterhead and the doctor's signature and stamp. The draft saves itself, and a correction becomes a new version while the old one stays untouched.
The patient gets a link by email or SMS, valid for 7 days, that asks for the date of birth. They can also sign in to the clinic's portal with a 6-digit code and see their reports and appointments there.
On the reception tablet, patients book and sign with a finger
The tablet runs on a secret link and opens the booking flow step by step. The screen clears itself after each patient. Consent forms are signed on the same tablet, and the PDF, with the signature, date and time, lands in the patient record with a SHA-256 fingerprint over the content.
Online booking also works on the clinic's own website, as a floating button or an embedded form. The first reminder goes out by SMS 24 hours ahead, and between 21:00 and 8:00 we send no messages at all.
Every clinic gets its own address, logo and colors
A clinic gets an address like clinic-name.pacientplus.ro, with its own logo and colors. Clinics' data is kept separate, and our platform console shows aggregate figures only. The backup runs every night at 1:30, encrypted with AES-256, and is kept for 30 days. For GDPR, the clinic's administrator can export or delete one patient's data.
Pacient+ is not a cash register: it issues no fiscal receipts and does not report to CNAS.
We also built the showcase site, pacientplus.ro
The site is static, built with Astro; the pages load no JavaScript and the site sets no cookies, so there is no banner. It has one page each for patient records, reports, the portal, appointments, consents and returning patients, plus security and GDPR, an FAQ and three guides. The "Cere o demonstrație" (request a demo) form sends the request straight into the app. The screenshots on it come from the app, unedited. The site runs on GxA Solutions' own VPS, in the EU.
What it costs and where to try it
Pacient+ is free during the launch period, with no card needed. The date the launch ends has not been set. After launch, the Standard plan costs 199 lei per month and Pro costs 399 lei per month. You can start at pacientplus.ro, with the "Creează cont" (create account) button or a 20-minute demo.
